• Deliver feedback and editorial notes to your account;
• Use anonymized insights to improve platform features and performance.

You represent and warrant that your content does not infringe on any third-party rights or violate any laws.

5. Platform Use & Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for unlawful, abusive, or misleading purposes;
• Distribute malware or engage in any activity that interferes with the platform’s operation;
• Misrepresent authorship of any submitted work;
• Attempt to copy, reverse engineer, or exploit Knox or any proprietary functionality.

6. Feedback & Marketplace

The Platform provides editorial feedback via Knox and will soon feature the First-Look Marketplace.

• Knox generates narrative analysis based on structure, pacing, dialogue, and market viability. This feedback is advisory and does not constitute professional endorsement or evaluation.
• The Marketplace (First-Look 2.0) allows creators to present original work to verified buyers and professionals. Visibility controls are user-managed, and First-Look does not guarantee any sale, option, or professional connection.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring you have full rights to share any content submitted to the Marketplace.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, technology, branding, and analysis systems (including Knox) belong to First-Look, Inc. except for your original uploads. You may not copy, replicate, or resell any part of the Platform without express written consent.

8. Disclaimers

• The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee script sales, industry exposure, or success based on feedback.
• We are not liable for any damages related to data loss, reputation, revenue, or opportunity.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted or anonymized per our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law
